Explore Global Postural Reprogramming

Diagram showing five silhouettes of individuals with different postures, labeled A to E. The first silhouette (A) is in a relaxed, healthy posture, while the others (B to E) display increasing postural deviations, with E representing the most postural imbalance.

Global Postural Reprogramming also known as Posturology, was found in 1985 by French orthopedic surgeon Dr. Bernad Bricot as a non invasive method of treating pediatric scoliosis. His research showed that posture is mainly influenced by 4 sensory receptors: eyes, feet, jaw, and skin.

When these organs send faulty signals to the brain, the brain send faulty signals to your muscles, leading to postural imbalances. Our aim is to correct these sensory inputs which allows the body to stand upright more efficiently

There is a cost to stand upright. How expensive is it for you?
